I love adding balsamic to berry based desserts. This Blueberry Crostata has a pre cooked balsamic blueberry pie filling. Bake the crostata until the top is golden brown and the filling is super bubbly. The Crostata needs to chill for at least 30 minutes before baking, in order to give the dough time to cool right down before it goes into the oven. However, you can finish it any way that you like.
